Direction:
Mix flour, corn starch, mashed potatoe, cayenne pepper in a big bowl. Make batter with club soda. Cut onions into rings. Dip onion rings in batter and then coat with bread crumbs and fry them till golden brown. Drain out excessive oil in paper towel. Enjoy onion rings hot!
